Dr. Homer is an accomplished scientist and inventor. He holds several issued and pending patents in areas as diverse as media delivery, Internet security, and bio-medical technologies. Dr. Homer began his career as an entertainment lawyer in Los Angeles, first as an associate with Sidley & Austin, then as a partner in Ziffren, Brittenham & Branca, and most recently, as founder and managing partner in Entertainment Law Group. Dr. Homer attended Stanford Law School, where he served as Senior Consulting Editor of the Stanford Law Review and completed his studies in the top of his class. After several years of law practice, Dr. Homer returned to Stanford to study economic game theory, evolutionary biology, Internet technology, and social psychology. He completed an interdisciplinary doctorate in biological sciences and economics. Dr. Homer also taught at Stanford Law School from 2001 to 2005, serves as an arbitrator for the Screen Actors Guild, and is a frequent lecturer on media and entertainment.

Mr. Homer is a financial strategist. Before co-founding HomerLabs, Mr. Homer was a member of the senior and mezzaninine financing group at Eurohypo AG, a real estate subsidiary of Deutsche Bank in New York City. Mr. Homer is a graduate of Stanford Business School (M.B.A.) and Columbia University (B.A., cum laude, in Economics and Political Science). He is a dual citizen of the United States and the European Union and is fluent in English and French.
